Our treatment phases:

Early Phase 1: When a patient has only baby teeth, our primary goal is to help improve structural issues leading to sleep-disturbed breathing and make space for the developing teeth. Treatment typically involves a removable or fixed expander.

Phase 1 (Interceptive Orthodontics): This phase of treatment normally begins around age seven, when the first permanent molar teeth erupt. Our aim is to create space for the developing teeth and improve jaw development. Treatment usually includes a removable appliance or fixed expander, along with Invisalign® or braces.

Phase 2 (Teen Orthodontics): When most or all permanent teeth have grown in, we proceed with Phase 2 of treatment. Our goal is to make sure teeth are ideally positioned for optimal function, a healthy bite, good periodontal/gum health, and a beautiful smile. Invisalign® Teen is a popular appliance used to achieve these goals.

Adult Orthodontics: More than ever, adults are seeking orthodontic treatment. We offer a range of options, from simply aligning the front teeth for an improved appearance, to full Adult Invisalign®. For those interested in addressing airway issues along with teeth alignment, treatment might involve Invisalign®, braces, expanders, and/or surgery.

Airway Therapy: Using 3D imaging, we’re able to observe airway issues that would otherwise remain undetected by traditional 2D scans. We’ll work closely with you to determine the best course of treatment, which may include expansion, oral appliances, or surgery.
